How I got into this work
When my soul companion kitty, Holly, fell ill and was given a horrible diagnosis with an even worse prognosis, I was devastated. She was my best friend who got me through much of my life. Because of her age, she wouldn't get the medical attention she deserved. Without thought, I took action on a mission to save her life. She had two weeks to live but thrived for another three years. I now bring this knowledge from years of research, training, and skills inherited from my sacred ancestors to help others in need.
I have spent more than 10,000 hours in private sessions helping both humans and animal companions who are sick from diseases, old age, injuries, or suffering from trauma.
I have clients all over the world feeling held and supported in the way I wanted when my beloved Holly got sick.
I’m also a hardcore science nerd who is madly in love with all things mystical. I yearn to offer rays of hope when it seems there aren't any.

That phrase was created out of oppression and is too often used to shut down rage, grief, and hard truths before they're even spoken. It asks people to perform peace instead of feeling what's real. I would nevah! The spiritual folks that speak the words “love and light” are in an alt-right pipeline and exposed themselves as QAnon a few years back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.

A bit of me
I am both creator and destroyer. I am the phoenix who set herself to flame so she could rise from the ashes. I come from a long line of wolves. I'm a desert mermaid. I emerged from the ice as a dragon serpent pretending to be human. I am so committed to myself that I will reincarnate in this life as many times as I need to, so I can remember who the fuck I am.
My soul mentor, fierce familiar, and now cosmic guide, Holly, brought me here. And now, Sugarpants — my second fierce familiar, my soul twin sister — is walking me through some of the biggest human lessons I've ever endured. We don't fuck around. We are devotees of Sekhmet and Hekate, and we embody them in our work and our lives.
It's because of my two familiars that I keep showing up in service to others. My wisdom, and everything I've created, was birthed from that love — and from the pain of watching them suffer. I've spent over 10,000 hours in private sessions helping humans and animals.
Western medicine failed my familiars, and it failed me too. Time and again, I've been reminded of how little conventional medicine can actually do — unless you're dealing with a blunt, obvious injury. That failure taught me I had to take healing back into my own hands, for them and for myself. That's exactly what I created Empawer to do for you. Too many people wait until their animal companions — or they themselves — are already sick, then hope a vet or a healer can deliver a miracle. I want people to become active participants in the health and wellness of their animal companions, and their own health and wellness too, instead of just waiting and hoping.
I teach classes on channeling energy and shadow work. I hold my patients through overwhelming medical situations. And I will teach you everything your veterinarian won’t.
Where did I learn my skills?
I don’t just listen to the serpent, I am the serpent. I’m the oracle. I’m the sorceress.
I’ve done this in many lives, I came here with this knowledge running through my blood and etched into my bones but it was my familiar and soul mentor, Holly, who woke me up to it again in this life.
My Great Grandmother was a Hexmeister and
she infused her eggs with her wisdom.
I didn’t find out until much later that my Great Grandmother Mathilda specialized in tumors and cancer, just as I do. My father (bless him! He thought he was doing the “lords work” and destroyed her books) and I’m spending my time connecting with her on the other side retrieving her wisdom that was lost to the patriarchy. PS - I love my dad and he has since apologized from the other side. “Oops, I was a dumb christian and I’m sorry for subjecting you to that religion. I won’t do that again in my next life.” were his words.
Lots of training
Years of training and certifications, working in hospitals, care facilities, and along side veterinarians. But honestly it’s the experience I have that has brought me to where I am today.
Goddess Worship and being a devotee
The goddesses I hold close sing their wisdom into my heart at night. They hold me and mentor me on a daily basis.
The Trees, plants, and often overlooked littles. The creepy crawlies and the others who have been “othered”
The trees give me activations, the wild plants guide me through big life changes, and the spiders, bats, snakes, and wolves show me the way.
A bit more about me
I spent my formative years in Hollywood working as a vaudeville and circus sideshow performer. I love the smell of cotton candy, the lights of a midway, and a good freak show. I used to run my own speakeasy and all of it has brought me to this moment - the crystal ball and midway.
I also love toe-tappin’ tunes, daring dames, and fast hotrods.

In my personal life, I'm an animal rights, human rights, and environmental activist. No one is free until we're all free, and this includes the people of Palestine! I will not entertain any conversations that Jesus was ever real - he’s a fictional character and most of the stories were stolen from stories of goddesses. Women are the givers of life making them the closest thing to god and should be treated as such. Fuck the patriarchy!

I’m a Politicized Healer and I believe in justice work. A “healer” who won't talk about politics won't sit with your rage or your grief either. Real healing takes someone who sees it, experiences it, and has the capacity to hold the hard stuff and not just the pretty “easy” parts. Any “healer” who refuses to look at the systems of capitalism, patriarchy, and colonialism etc.. will gaslight you.

I am best known for "Take a chill pill: Your emotions are making your furbabies sick," in which I explain how our pain, suffering, trauma, and unresolved issues affect not just our lives but also our animals—this is no longer just about you. I then take the audience on a journey of what is possible with our animals' health when we embrace joy.
